I live in Falcon, CO. and have had to replace my roof a couple of times in the past years due to hail damage. T and L Roofing Experts in the Colorado Springs area were recommended to me by my neighbor who said they did excellent work, they had just replaced his roof. I contacter Lee Maese the owner and he and his associate Tony came out and inspected my roof and discussed options that I had. I contracted T and L Roofing to install a new roof on my home. I was so impressed with the job they did! Right on time, they kept me aware of the process, helped me with filing the claim with the insurance company, worked with my insurance companies adjuster and just made the whole process seamless. The workers put tarps down, relocated some of my yard features so they would not be damaged and put them back in place after. They did a thorough clean up after the job was finished, swept everything, picked up all the rogue nails on the ground, and made sure they removed any debris. Lee and Tony met with me after the completion to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I was so satisfied with the job they did when another hail storm hit my house a few years later I contacted them again to replace my roof. And since I live in hail alley here in Falcon I am having to file another claim for roof replacement now and I will be contacting T and L again if the adjuster determines I need another roof. Without a doubt they are hands down the best roofing company I have ever engaged. Great job T and L!!
We had some damaged roof tiles that needed replacing. The work needed to be done quickly. Tony came out to survey and provided an estimate. He was on time, courteous, and professional. The work was able to be done on short notice and was done well. I would recommend T&L Roofing for any roofing work needed.
I highly recommend T&L Roofing. Our home in Monument sustained hail damage, and total roof replacement was recommended. We received a same-day response directly from the owner. The insurance estimate was reviewed with supplemental recommendations, and we were on the schedule a week later. The job was completed in a single day, and the crew was extremely thorough with the perimeter cleanup. They even re-mounted the Starlink satellite in its original position. Excellent work all around.
I am so happy I chose T and L Roofing. I had a major roof leak and needed stucco repair as well. I was impressed with how well they worked with the other subcontractors and were always willing to recheck the roof to make sure other subs had not damaged any of the tiles. I would highly recommend them as they care about their customers and did an excellent job for me.
